Owner Barbara Clark has been in the building trades her entire life.  When she became an insulation contractor in 2004, she very quickly began see a multitude of problems in Florida attics.  No other trades take responsibility for the attic and quite often they contribute to attic issues.  Barbara could not bring herself to cover obvious problems with the now recommended 13” of fiberglass.  The Fiberglass PLUS program is to take a holistic approach to attic conditions.  A thorough attic inspection includes photos of any problems, and the before condition of the insulation.  If other trades need to make repairs we will wait for that work to be completed and come back to install insulation..
